Automobile
An automobile insurance policy can consist of various types of coverage.
Your policy premium will depend upon the types and amounts of coverage
you prefer, including General Liability, Medical Payments, Collision,
Comprehensive, Under-Insured Motorist (UIM) and Uninsured Motorist (UM),
and other Endorsements.
Boats & Personal
Watercraft
Owning boats, yachts and personal watercraft, i.e., jetskis, can expose
you to potential financial loss. These losses can include theft, boat
or dock collisions, injury to a swimmer or damage to your boat while
being trailered. There are various protection coverages that can help
reduce
your exposure to different types of losses, i.e., by adding a homeowner
policy to your boat or yacht insurance policies. Insurance available
for boatowners can offer protection for your boat, motor, trailer and
equipment, watercraft liability, medical expenses and uninsured boaters
coverage. Yacht or larger pleasure boat owners can purchase a yacht
policy that provides hull insurance, trailer insurance, and liability
that includes protection from bodily injury and property damage liability,
as well as coverage for longshoremen's or harbor workers' compensation
insurance for employees.
Flood
Many homeowners are unaware that flood damage is not covered in their
homeowner insurance. Flood insurance must be obtained separately. When
it comes to flood insurance, FEMA's maps are important because they
can show if your home sits in a 100-year flood plain. You must buy
federal flood insurance in order to get a mortgage. Flood insurance
is optional if you live outside a high-risk zone, or if you no longer
have a mortgage. Flood insurance can reimburse you and other members
of your family for the work you did, such as sandbagging your home,
moving furniture and removing debris.
Homeowners
Your house will probably be the most expensive purchase you will ever
make. This is why homeowner's insurance is essential to protect your
investment against the possibility of a financial disaster caused by
damage, theft or liability. Your home can consist of your backyard
pool, garage tools, jewelry, fine art, collectibles, stamps and more.
Homeowners insurance protects every part of your home giving you a
greater sense of security and safety for you for you and your family.
Life / Health / Disability
Life insurance is a unique asset and a valuable addition to your overall
estate because of its potentially high yield and tax-favored benefits.
If you are young and single and have no one else depending on your
income, then you probably don't need it. If you are a married couple
without children then you probably need only a limited amount to cover
expenses associated with your untimely death. However, if there are
family members who depend upon your income, then life insurance will
be a very important component of your financial planning needs now,
as well as in the future. Do you need Disability Insurance? Most people
don't realize that their most important and valuable asset is not their
house or their investment portfolio. For most people who are still
in their working years, the most valuable and important asset from
a purely financial standpoint is their ability to generate income.
As such, it goes to reason that for most people disability insurance
is the most critical type of coverage.
Personal Umbrella
You don't have to be wealthy to need more protection than your existing
auto and homeowners' policies provide. Extra coverage that protects
assets belonging to you and your family, extra coverage is not just
a luxury; it's a necessity. Personal Umbrella Liability Insurance can
provide coverage for large lawsuit awards that go beyond the limit
of your primary personal insurance coverages Umbrella liability overlaps
your current home, auto and other personal liability. If the primary
coverage runs out, you have additional coverage. Umbrella liability
insurance can also cover other personal exposures, such as rental dwellings,
secondary homes, boats and personal property.
Renters/Condo
Renters insurance can protect the renter against minor mishaps that can
result in a loss of personal property or a lawsuit. It also provides
protection of the renter's clothing, jewelry, furniture, TV, golf clubs
and other personal belongings. You could still face the cost of repairing
or replacing these items because of fire, theft, wind and other hazards.
The Condominium owners policy covers only the insured's personal property.
Condo insurance does not cover the building because this coverage is
provided by the Condo association, which carries coverage on a master
policy for all property owned in common by the owners of the units.
RVs & Motor
Homes
Whether you are purchasing or renting a motor home, motor trailer or
RV, Ware Insurance Group can help you with coverage
Valuable Items

additional coverage can be extended from your current homeowner policy.

need for your furs, jewelry, cameras, sports equipment, musical instruments,
fine arts, boats, ATVs and other items.
